Minor Setbacks

Unfortunately, as with everything there are bound to be setbacks. The initial way we were going to verify first responder status unfortunately will not work for us anymore. Though a crucial and integral part of HAL-ES, this is only a minor setback in getting launched. We're working diligently to finish up a version that is User Ready and we're hoping to go live very soon! We take security of personal data very seriously, and are working to implement a verification system that is both secure, and reliable. -OB
